The Bumbleride Flite has been on the market since 2010 and has evolved into one of the best umbrella type strollers available. We’re reviewing the new Aqua model, which was released mid 2012.

When pushing the Bumbleride Flite with its comfortable ergonomic handles you’ll be turning heads wherever you go due to its beautiful styling and cool Aqua color. The large sun canopy features SPF 45 UV lining to provide great sun protection so your child will be safe from the sun’s harmful rays in the hot summer months. The materials used are made with 100% polyester so the fabric is lightweight, durable and not irritating on your baby’s skin.

Lightweight Construction

Due to its anodized aluminium frame, this stroller is highly durable yet weighs a mere 13lbs so you can lift it up comfortably during a busy hot day without straining yourself. Furthermore, the compact fold feature allows you to quickly fold the stroller down to a small footprint so it can be stored away somewhere without taking up much room.

Pros and Cons

Pros:

Stylish, durable, flexible, comfortable, the Bumbleride Flite has been designed to be practical, easy on the eye and ergonomically advanced. The level of flexibility provided such as the reclining seat allows this stroller to accommodate newborns so it can be used from birth.

The 50lbs weight capacity is particularly impressive for a stroller weighing just 13lbs, so you’re child won’t outgrow this stroller quickly.

Cons:

The Flite doesn’t disappoint in many areas, but lack of storage is one area we feel could be improvised upon. The lower storage basket is pretty small so you can’t fit in certain baby items such as a large diaper bag.

We’ve considered all aspects of the Bumbleride Flite Lightweight Compact Travel Stroller and we’re really impressed at what Bumbleride have delivered.
